When I tried to use it for the first time , I got the one month subscription to get started , did the calibration just like the course indicated , added my self as the first entry and when I went to scan when I press the scan button nothing happens and when I press the space bar and error comes up stating that the titanium head not correctly place during the calibration. I must've calibrated it at least three times extending the calibration head as the course indicated and nothing changes. The other thing i'm noticing is that on the top bar I see something about buying a subscription when as I stated before I already did that , And no I'm not using the accessory head to do the calibration I'm using the one without a Sputnik diagram on it
